I still need to update on Thanksgiving and Christmas (both great) but I don't want to forget any of the simply awesome things that Haley is talking about.
Whenever I get a little frustrated and on the verge of getting irritated Haley will ask me: "You happy Mama?" Of course, who can say no to that? Not me. "Yes, I'm so very happy Haley!!! YOU make me the happiest ever!"
Haley will say "me miss MiMi and Papa!" sometimes when she's tired and a little cranky, but sometimes just out of the blue, even in a good mood she'll say it, I think that she really does miss them, often.
One night a couple of weeks ago, we're hanging out in the living room....Haley says "Me miss Papa, him my best friend, he plays with me!"
A lot of nights we'll lay in her bed and read books and watch a movie on her DVD player. For a couple of those nights we talked about how pretty her room is, her yellow walls, her new white bed, her pretty blanket. A couple nights go by, and we don't talk about it, then, one night, being pretty tired, I snuggle up with her and tell her "Haley, I just LOVE your bed" Haley says "Papa know how to fix things, Papa can fix your bedroom!" LOVE THAT KID!!!!! She's awesome. I've always known it, and she proves it more and more everyday!
One other thing....Haley has a hard time pronouncing her K's - she replaces the K with T, and has been talking about Titty's non-stop. (Kittys - meow, meow) :)
